On 1st of July 2007 the ZDS Group met ISO 9001 quality standards and obtained the ISO 9001 certification from the TUV Rheinland Group.

What is a certified organisation?

A "certified organisation" bases its processes and workflows on a management system. TUV Rheinland Group checks whether the management system complies with the relevant norms and then issues a certificate.

Consumers and customers gain from the certificate an insight into and confidence in the way the organisation works. An ISO 9001-certified organisation must, for example, constantly check and improve customer satisfaction. Customers of a certified organisation can therefore work on the assumption that they will be taken seriously if they have problems or complaints and will receive effective assistance.

In an assessment, TUV employees carry out spot checks to see whether an organisation fulfills the requirements specified by the relevant standard. They issue the certificate after carrying out a successful inspection. TUV carries out renewed checks of management systems at regular interviews. It ensures thereby that all employees do in fact abide by the processes and that the management system is adapted to take any corporate changes into account.
